The Psychology of self motivation

What is it like feeling empowered? If you want to know if you feel empowered, ask yourself three questions: Can you do it? Will it work? Is it worth it? If your answer is yes for all them, you feel empowered. This is based on research. One feels self-motivated, competent when they receive recognition for their hard work.
